Ceremony Set Up Fee
$3.75 per person includes wood folding ceremony chairs in white only.

Included in your Facility Fee:
The facility fee allows set up and break down of your reception and dinner and includes house linens in a cotton/poly blend in ivory, white or a limited selection of colors. House china, flatware and glassware are also included. 60” and 66” round tables, white folding chairs, specialty tables for cake, gifts, guest book and cocktails. One hour wedding rehearsal (subject to calendar availability).
Access for vendor set up three hours before event and two hours after for breakdown. Referrals for wedding planner, florist, cake baker, musician, transportation and officiant are available and will be provided upon request.

Specialty Linens
Additional colors, styles and fabrics, including overlays are available for an additional fee.

Additional Rental Options
Upgraded China, Silver, Crystal Stemware, Chiavari Chairs and Satin and Organza Chair Covers are available for an additional fee plus a handling charge. Please call to schedule an appointment to discuss options and view samples.

Music and Overtime:
Weddings may extend beyond 10:00PM for a fee, but all outdoor music must end at that time.

Guest Rooms:
Weddings may have up to 20 guest rooms with a two night minimum at a special discounted rate up to 60 days prior to wedding date. Wedding guest room rates available up to the day of the wedding, subject to availability. Black out dates may apply.

Facility
Inn Marin offers a garden facility on 5 acres of land for an exclusive-feel experience. There are spaces which remain open for use for hotel guests and those include the Lobby, the Restaurant and the Pool Patio.

Parking
Ample parking is available on and adjacent to our property for weddings up to 250 guests. Parking Attendant provided for weddings with more than 50 guests.

Other
Dance Floors cannot be on the lawn.
Labels, Price Tags, Wrappers, etc must be removed from all décor and wedding items before delivery to the Inn Marin.
Artificial Flower Petals, Rice or Bird Seed are not to be thrown. Lavender, Rose Buds, Fresh or Dried Rose Petals, Candy Sprinkles, are OK.
We have no refrigerator space for cake, flowers or other items. Please make other arrangements to keep your items cold.
While lights can be strung across the Garden Room, nothing is to be affixed to the Garden Room Ceiling.
Items such as feathers, glitter, confetti, artificial flower petals will incur an additional cleaning charge.
